Product Description

The 4C Recessed Mailbox is designed for larger multi-residential, commercial, and institutional buildings. Built from heavy duty extruded aluminum and stainless steel, the 4C meets and exceeds Canada Post delivery standards. Designed for interior use.

Tech Specs

  • Compartments: Shelves and dividers made from aluminum 5052-H32 3/64" (1.19mm) thick

  • Doors: Extruded 6063-T6 aluminum 3/16" (4.76mm) thick

  • Frame: Extruded 6061-T6 aluminum 7/64” (2.78mm) thick

  • Locks: Heavy duty 5 pin cylinder cam locks with 1000 different changes. Each lock has three (3) keys

  • Door Identification: Square indentation 1-1/2” (38.1mm) high x 1-3/4” (44.45mm) wide for adhesive number decals (black characters on silver background)

  • Finish: All aluminum surfaces are powder coated

  • CMC™ Model 4C Recessed Mailbox Suite is a high-security front-loading unit that meets and exceeds Canada delivery Post standards

  • Front loading unit to be fully recessed in an interior wall

  • Constructed from heavy gauge extruded aluminum and stainless steel

  • Powder coat finish available in bronze, black, gold, sandstone, silver, grey and white

  • Easy-release access handle to facilitate opening of main gate

  • Equipped with an exclusive access door prepared for the Canada Post master lock

  • Doors are equipped with heavy duty cam locks with three (3) keys per door

  • Adhesive number decals for door identification (black characters on silver background)

  • Parcel compartment tags 1-1/2” (38.1mm) high x 6” (152.4mm) wide with rounded corners provides instructions on parcel retrieval 

  • Deposit slot 3/4" (9.05mm) high x 11-3/4" (298.45mm) wide

  • Configurable from 6 to 15 standard compartments high by 1 to 2 standard compartments wide

Enhanced Security Features

  • Interlocking and overlapping joints prevent tampering and deter against prying

  • Heavy-duty cam latches are integrated directly into the frame for added security 

  • Deposit slot features aluminum comb and protective hood to deter theft
